Rules & Regulations
General Rules
- Students are expected to speak only in English in the classrooms and on campus.
- Pupils are responsible for the safety of their belongings. Valuable ornaments should not be worn to school.
- Cleanliness in person and dress is highly observed. Books should be kept neat and tidy.
- Leave requests should be submitted by parents to the class teacher. In emergencies, a leave letter signed by the parents should be submitted the next working day.
- Students must arrive by 8:45 a.m. for the assembly at 9:00 a.m. and stay until 4:10 p.m.
- Disciplinary action will be taken against those who are repeatedly late. Damaged school property or belongings of others must be compensated.
- Parents are encouraged to respond to school invitations for public functions.
- Students are not allowed to enter other classrooms at any time.
Communication
- Parents should mention the standard and division of their child in all correspondence with the school.
- Any inability to participate in school meetings should be communicated early.
Meetings
- Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Any inability to attend should be informed early.
Cash and Valuables
- Children should not bring cash and valuables to school.
- The school will not be responsible for any loss of valuables.
Library Rules
- Silence must be strictly observed in the library at all times.
- The library is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on all working days.
- Students can borrow books with their identity cards during library periods.
- Books should be returned within a week unless renewed. Fines will be charged for late returns.
- Students should not write on, damage, or make any marks on library books.
Admissions
- Admission to K.G and other Grades will be done in March/April.
- Printed application forms are available in the school office.
- Completed application forms with two passport-size photos and other specified documents should be submitted at the time of admission.
- Prospective students and parents should meet the Principal, whose decision is final.
